Introduction

Welcome to 333pk. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 333pk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses any part of the 333pk website, places a bet, participates in a casino game, claims a bonus, or otherwise uses any service provided by 333pk.

By completing the 333pk registration process, by clicking "I Agree" during account creation, or by simply accessing the 333pk platform after these Terms have been published, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with 333pk and confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions set out in this document and in any related policy pages, including the 333pk Privacy Policy and the 333pk Responsible Gaming policy.

Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain a 333pk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the 333pk platform for any reason without having obtained express written reinstatement from 333pk.

Each player may hold only one (1) 333pk account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, under a third party's identity, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 333pk Login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP verification codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. You must not share your 333pk account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You must ensure that all personal information provided to 333pk at the time of registration and during any subsequent identity verification process is accurate, complete, and up to date. • You must notify 333pk immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your 333pk account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• 333pk will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to protect your login credentials.

Deposits & Payments

All 333pk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made through supported payment methods — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 — are credited to your 333pk wallet in PKR. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, will be applied at the time of the transaction.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made at 333pk:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted at 333pk under any circumstances.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the 333pk deposit section at the time of transaction.
• 333pk does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider — including JazzCash or EasyPaisa — may apply its own transaction charges independently of 333pk.
• Deposits are intended for gambling purposes on the 333pk platform only. Depositing funds with the intention of extracting them without genuine gameplay activity constitutes misuse of the platform.
• 333pk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on deposits that exceed certain thresholds, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.
• If a deposit fails to credit to your 333pk wallet, please contact 333pk support with the transaction reference number from your payment provider. Do not attempt to re-initiate the same deposit until the original transaction status has been confirmed.

Withdrawals

333pk processes PKR withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's name, subject to the following conditions:

• Your 333pk account must be fully verified — including identity and age verification — before any withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals submitted on unverified accounts will be placed in a pending queue until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. 333pk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to account verification status and minimum withdrawal limits.
• 333pk targets same-day withdrawal processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa requests submitted during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional processing time. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
• 333pk reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal request as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• Withdrawal requests may be reversed by 333pk if the associated account is found to be in breach of these Terms at the time of the request.

Bonuses & Promotions

333pk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses offered by 333pk are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified 333pk account holders aged 21 years or older only. 333pk reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, jurisdiction, payment method, or any other factor at its discretion.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x), which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Not all games at 333pk contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Game contribution rates for each promotion are specified in the offer terms.
• 333pk bonuses are intended for one-time use per eligible player. Using multiple accounts, exploiting bonus terms, or any form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived balances and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.
• 333pk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and crash game activity conducted at 333pk. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published in the 333pk sportsbook and apply in conjunction with these general terms:

General Sportsbook Rules

• All bets placed at 333pk are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after the event commences, except where the 333pk Cash Out feature is available and expressly offered for that specific market.
• 333pk reserves the right to void any bet placed after the scheduled start time of an event, where the bet was placed in error or as a result of a platform system issue.
• In the event that odds are published at clearly erroneous levels — including due to human error, data feed malfunction, or any technical issue — 333pk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets at its reasonable discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per player as specified in the 333pk sportsbook. 333pk will not pay out amounts in excess of the stated maximum regardless of the odds at which a bet was placed.
• 333pk may restrict, reduce, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or systematic wagering strategies that are inconsistent with recreational play.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

• For PSL and international cricket matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for most markets to be deemed valid. The specific over requirement is stated in each market's individual rules within the 333pk cricket sportsbook.
• Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or interrupted and cannot be completed within a defined period, 333pk will void and refund applicable bets in accordance with the market-specific rules published in the sportsbook.
• Player performance markets — such as runs scored, wickets taken, and catches — will be settled on official scorecards as published by the relevant governing cricket body or tournament organiser.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games available at 333pk — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and crash games — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer equipment that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. 333pk does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Each game offered at 333pk publishes its applicable Return to Player (RTP) percentage in the game information panel. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term statistical return and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Malfunctions in any 333pk casino game will void all pays and play for the affected round. A malfunction is defined as any event — hardware, software, or connectivity related — that prevents a game round from completing normally.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their 333pk account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours following the change request. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that appear at set intervals during gameplay at 333pk, prompting review of time and budget spent.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the player's 333pk account cannot be accessed for any gaming or betting activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply a long-term self-exclusion of up to 12 months or an indefinite exclusion from the 333pk platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: 333pk may apply automatic reality check notifications to accounts that exhibit patterns of extended play sessions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333pk platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 333pk platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the 333pk platform while under 21 years of age or facilitating access by underage individuals.
• Using the 333pk platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the 333pk platform.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, glitches, or misconfigured odds on the 333pk platform for unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting to claim the same promotion multiple times.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage at any 333pk casino game or sports betting market.
• Accessing the 333pk platform from a jurisdiction where use of the platform is prohibited under applicable local law.

Suspension & Termination

333pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 333pk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct associated with the account.
• The account holder has failed to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable time following a request from 333pk.
• A player has requested self-exclusion or a regulator or responsible gaming body has directed 333pk to close the account.
• 333pk is required to close the account to comply with applicable law, regulation, or the terms of its gaming license.

Upon account closure for any breach of these Terms, 333pk reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where account closure is at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, 333pk will process any remaining verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable compliance checks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333pk's aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms, the 333pk platform, or any services provided by 333pk shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 333pk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

333pk shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following types of loss or damage arising from use of the 333pk platform:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or loss of 333pk account history.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical unavailability outside of 333pk's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the player's own violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes 333pk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

333pk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a 333pk account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the 333pk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy covers how 333pk collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects data relating to your account and gaming activity.

333pk will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors — including JazzCash and EasyPaisa partners — identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or gaming license obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

333pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 333pk will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the Effective Date displayed at the top of this document. 333pk may also notify registered players of significant changes via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, where practicable.

Continued use of the 333pk platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the 333pk platform and may close your account by contacting 333pk support. Any bets placed or transactions completed prior to the effective date of amended Terms will be governed by the Terms in force at the time of that activity.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including disputes relating to your 333pk account, any bet or casino game result, any payment or withdrawal, or any bonus or promotion — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333pk holds its operating gaming license.

In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, game outcome, account balance, or payment at 333pk, the player must first submit a formal complaint to 333pk support via the live chat or email contact channel. 333pk will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 calendar days. If the player is not satisfied with 333pk's resolution, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body associated with 333pk's operating license.
